Event

Global Network for Citizen Participation

From 19th to 23rd October

The Free University for Collective Construction (UNILCO-nomad space) is a project based on experiments that bring artistic competences into the sphere of social work. UNILCO has designed its own methodology: Social Illusionism, a peculiar system that stems from participatory action research, which defends the need for science to engage with social movements and other people in the construction of forms and experiences that will bring dignity to people’s lives. An admirable idea that we wish to extend to the sphere of art and technology.

In the event organised by Sala Parpalló, some of its members will meet to share their experiences and present their models to local citizens and collectives. Theoreticians and artists whose work and trajectory show outstanding social commitment have been invited to participate along with the representatives of UNILCO.
