Commitment of the Institution

This Service Chart is another token of our responsibility, by improving the quality of the public services rendered in the Cultural Area of the Diputación de Valencia, which is developed within the framework of its Strategic Quality Plan. Our commitment with a management process that must also be “from the outside in” provides us with an opportunity to improve what is most expected of us, thus optimising our efficacy and efficiency.

Commitment of the Management

Sala Parpalló has drawn up this Service Chart as documentary evidence of its public commitment to provide normalised high-quality cultural services. We conceive and develop this normalisation by extending citizens’ rights and thus enhancing our sensibility and receptivity of their demands as users. From an internal point of view, Sala Parpalló has addressed in this Chart resources that contribute to the evaluation of its implementation within the framework of management according to results, towards constant improvement and the incorporation of innovations.

Mission

Sala Parpalló promotes and furthers contemporary art for a varied public. Its aim is to enhance communication between the visual arts and the critical debate about art today. It does all this by applying criteria of social interest, plurality and experimentation through public services developed for and linked to exhibitions and other activities of diffusion and information.

Vision

Sala Parpalló aims to become a consolidated referent of contemporary art in the province of Valencia.
